Yes. For cloning services, you must send both the original and donor units. The original unit provides the data we copy, and the donor must be the correct replacement part number for compatibility.
If we cannot read the original unit, cloning will not be possible. In some cases, repair may be an option. We will contact you before proceeding if there are any issues.
Our standard turnaround is 1–2 business days after we receive your shipment. Return shipping times depend on the method you select (Ground or Expedited).
No. Buyers are responsible for both shipping to us and return shipping. We recommend sending parts with tracking and insurance for your protection.
We may ask for a copy of your vehicle registration and a photo ID to confirm lawful ownership. This is required for security and compliance.
For Land Rover, Jaguar, and Porsche programming, we can still program replacement keys even if all keys are lost. The required modules must be shipped to us, and additional verification may be requested.
Yes. If your cloned ECU/EIS or programmed key does not function due to our process, we will correct the issue at no additional labor cost. This warranty does not cover shipping costs or unrelated electrical/mechanical issues.
